Along with these challenges, the health care industry is growing more complex due to improvements in technology and medicine. This is creating challenges for managers to find qualified staff.
For this assignment, write a 1,000 word APA formatted process on how to best recruit and retain staff for this organization as well as how the staff would be evaluated. The recruitment process should include the following:
