Problem
Mandeep has been working for Go COMM for six months as part of a team and enjoys the work. Mandeep's team members Matthew, Emily, and Domenic have worked at Go COMM for 2, 3, and 7 years, respectively. All three go to lunch and break together daily without asking Mandeep to come along. Mandeep also notices they have been given opportunities to work on more complex projects. She feels she has not been given the same opportunities others with different managers have had. There always seem to be excuses from her manager Jamie. Others have had regular performance reviews, action plans, projects to work on, and taking on extra responsibilities. Jamie also recommended team members for leadership training. Mandeep has a meeting coming up with her manager and wants to resolve this. She wants to persuade Jamie to give her the opportunities and have a confirmed action plan. She wants monthly reviews, an action plan, work on project Delta, and time to shadow others.
