Critical Thinking (CT) Assignment featured a choice between W.L. Gore and Associates or the Morning Star Company. Again, using either W.L. Gore and Associates or the Morning Star Company, clearly identify how the target organizations personnel and performance are controlled. Is lack of control an issue? Why or why not?
