You are asked by an interest group to advise them on strategy to achieve their policy goals with the federal government. Use your knowledge of the function of the political system to select one avenue from the following six. Make a brief argument about how the strategy would help the interest group achieve its goals. Note that while permanent change is desired, the interest group is also interested in practicality.
