He is accused of embezzling millions of dollars from his employer through the manipulation of financial records and stock price. The fraud was discovered when a surprise audit took place carried out by the Technoblog's outside accounting firm of Smith and Fairfax. Mr. Fairfax himself found the discrepancies in a complex set of financial records. The Prosecutor wants Fairfax to testify, and he wants Fairfax to bring the records into court so that he (Fairfax) can specifically point out the fraudulent parts and "walk the jury" through the fraud.
