Discuss a situation where you had to build consensus for a decision. In doing so, be sure to discuss:
1. Whether the consensus ultimate or good enough.
2. How the process included multiple perspectives?
3. How the issues were kept separate from the personalities involved?
4. How the solution affected the stakeholders?
