Cite any disaster, incident, emergency you wish and critique how the four phases of emergency management were handled. Focus will likely be on response and recovery; however, you should critique all phases. The event could be a tornado, a tsunami, a major transportation style crash, a snowstorm (blizzard), a major crime scene (VA Tech., Sandy Hook), a terror attack (Boston, Ft. Hood), etc. but may not be Hurricane Katrina or 9/11 since we have already analyzed these two events. Briefly summarize your findings and conclude with your own thoughts.
