Research: Hey there! I decided to take this assignment as a chance to take my dog on a nature walk. My dog, Tofu, is a 2 year old shiba inu! We spotted a dog park and decided to enter and observe all the other dogs. One thing I would observe are the personalities each dog present themselves! Based on the breed of the dog does create its personality. Tofu is a hunting dog to which Shiba Inu's are independent dogs actually. They're not shy but they like to explore on their own, enjoy the scenery from the distance, and very protective with their owner. Tofu enters the dog group to greet herself then left to just sit next to me. As she sat next to me, she enjoys watching the other dogs wrestling and running around. There were a lot of herding dogs in this park such as corgis, australian shepherds, and border collies! They were very energetic and very playful to other dogs as they continue to run and ask many other dogs to play with them while they ignore their owners. There were smaller dogs such as Mini Goldendoodles and Chihuahuas who were involved in the activity but take mini breaks away. Another Shiba inu entered later but the dog also share the same trait as tofu since they're both shiba inus haha. There were also dogs that were 8-10 years old who enjoy their time more calmly and get cranky when other younger dogs push them around haha. I learn a lot about dogs and their characteristics! Although many dogs act different based on their age, size, and category breeds, I wonder how other pets such as different types of cats act?
