1. Concept/ Theories
a) How the group interaction paralleled the topics of small group communications that were discussed in class.
b) How decisions were made and in the event that conflict arose, how they were dealt with in order to solve them amicably.
c) Brief description of the concepts and theories discussed in class.
d) Relating the concepts to the experiences during the adventure with appropriate examples to simplify them.
2. Strengths- Strengths of the group observed during the adventure and how the strengths will facilitate upcoming group assignments.
3. Weaknesses- This section discusses the group's weaknesses observed during the adventure and how they may affect upcoming group tasks.
4. Strategy- This section discusses my strategies of helping the group overcome the weaknesses while maintaining the strengths.
