Problem
With Valve Corporation being a flat organization, how can it develop (and pass succcessfully) from one stage to the other without leaders or managers. More specifically, I would like for each group to tell me how it can pass through any two stages (e.g., how can the corporation pass from Forming to Storming or Norming to Performing). Give support (i.e., textbook, webpage, research article) as to how the group can develop without a hierarchical structure.
