A description of how the group applied an Ethical Decision-Making Framework to analyze the ethical dilemma. The framework must be clearly identified and include an evaluation of the strength of arguments for and against the position statement with consideration of legal and ethical principles governing nursing, as well as consideration of external factors and ripple effects.
