Choose a company which is active in selling to other businesses (B2B). Research its selling activities and give an overview of its sales plan. Include, but do not limit yourself to:
o How the company manages its sales activities and their alignment with the rest of departments of the company.
o The main tasks of their sales managers and how the sales activities are organized.
o Identify some of the important metrics used within their sales plan.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
