Find a case of any company abroad preferably in the U.S or Europe that has been hit harder by the recession of 2008 and made a comeback through investment in training and development activities or inventing smarter T&D practices
Make a 2 pages (at least) covering the followings:
1- Background of the company (a brief intro)
2- recession period and how it affected the company with respect to manufacturing, employee turnover or customer services
3- how the company made a comeback through its training interventions
4- what challenges it had to face during the process.
5- what happened in reality. Was it a success or failure?
