Assignment: Organizational Structures & Marketing
Examine the marketing use by Google or Under Armor over the last 10 years.
Write a paper (1,250 to 1,500 words) in which you examine how organizational structure and marketing interface with one another and explore the resulting ethical considerations of either Google or Under Armor. Include the following in your paper:
1) A description of the organizational structure change undertaken by the company. What did they do? What prompted the change?
2) A discussion of the ethical implications of the organizational structure change.
3) A discussion of how the company garnered the agreement of the employees who were affected by the structure change.
4) A discussion of how the revised organizational structure made the company more viable in a digital marketing environment.
5) A discussion of the ethical implications of the company beginning digital marketing. For example, how did the company address digital tracking and/or the reading of employee e-mail?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
