One application that I have used in my classroom is Go Noodle app. It is an app that gets kids jumping, exercising, and dodging with the different activities it has. This app can be used for P.E., brain breaks, and mindfulness. Also, the app has popular music, dancing, and yoga. Go Noodle is an app that is aimed for kids ages four through ten. The videos help children build their flexibility and self-awareness skills. They help with their social emotional skills since it has breathing exercises, yoga poses, and positive self-affirmations.

The app can help increase engagement and movement in the classroom. It helps children be active participants in physical education. Students are actively engaged with the various videos that can help them get involved by jumping, spinning, dancing, and exercising to some cool songs. The site has catchy songs that get children excited, encourage singing along, and promote a healthy lifestyle. The app has key components of a holistic education because children are learning and benefiting in many ways. They are growing academically, physically, and socially. The app also has different games that can motivate students and help them interact with their peers.
