In this activity you will research the background of sport organization of your choice (it may be a professional sports club, a public sports body or a not-for profit sports organization) in order to diagnose some of the key features of the organization which might affect questions of employee motivation and the labor climate
How the activity should be resolved?
The success of the activity will depend on the following sequence:
Completion of assembly of the information you will need.
Supply of a brief summary of the critical features of the chosen organization which, in your opinion, might affect employee motivation and the internal labor climate.
Preparation of a 10 point questionnaire to gather information directly from the employees about their motivation levels.
Explanation of the reasons why you have chosen to formulate the questions you have and what is the information you expect to receive in answer to the questionnaire.
