Second, they should provide health insurance to cover healthcare needs while working in Canada. Third, living conditions must improve to ensure that workers have good housing and convenient transportation.

Additionally, temporary foreign workers should be free to choose their employers instead of being tied with just one, which can lead to dependency and exploitation. They should also be able to ask the government for help without interference from their employers, who may have conflicting interests. Therefore, setting up support groups within the government to address the needs of temporary workers would be very necessary.

It's also crucial for the government to think about how TFWPs affect the local job market.
