Assignment Task: Please help me respond to Natalie's discussion
For my research publications, I would cite data from the Global Terrorism Database. In my thesis, I could illustrate how terrorist incidents have affected the global economy over time by using data from the database. In light of various events such as September 11th and the War on Terror, the data could be used to illustrate how terrorist occurrences have risen over time as well as the importance of counting the fight against terrorism.
I could use the material from the Global Terrorist Database to prove my ideas and arguments, as well as counter those of others who believe that the war on terrorism is a pointless one as terrorist attacks continue to rise therefore all efforts to intersect and stop terrorist attacks should be stopped as September 11 attack was a thing of the past and could never possibly happen again as those who committed such crimes are already dead or in hiding so there is no need to continue such a pointless fight.
