What does this concept meant, why it is useful to manager and briefly state how technology has contributed in increasing the media richness? By giving a real or imaginary example of communication that you have involved (Example Company/your superior with you or you with subordinate) state the communication channel that has been used and comment the suitability of the channel base on your understanding of the concept of 'media richness.
