Instances of violence and bullying in the workplace are on the rise. A related topic to this is cyberbullying, which has received the most attention in school settings/with younger perpetrators and targets. However, researchers have begun looking at the impact of cyberbullying in the business world as well.
How do you think technological advances change bullying in the workplace? Does it make things worse for targets, or does it make things more difficult for perpetrators?
