Discuss the below in detail:
1 Change Vision Get better at working together by letting everyone know who is doing what when with Asana project management software. Reason for Change Project management for veterinary MRI systems is complicated, and at this time all projects are managed with traditional tools such as spreadsheets, hard copies, standalone software applications, and conference calls. All departments rely on each other's data to make decisions throughout the sales and delivery process. When information resides in various silos, there is a significant possibility that something is going to get missed. Implementing a project management software such as Asana will centralize and organize information along with providing access to everyone from anywhere in real-time. Stakeholders Site Planning and Design Manager MRI systems are involved, and potential installation sites must go through a site analysis and feasibility study before a sale can be finalized. The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that the site is capable of supporting an MRI system. The site planner has to generate a report and share the results with everyone involved, which includes the customer, project manager, sales team, marketing group, operations department, and the executive board. Currently, the Site Planning and Design Manager communicates these results via email. All parties will interact with the manager through various communication channels. Business Development Director The business development leader is responsible for all activities related to marketing and customers relations. The director relies on information from both internal and external sources to devise her strategies throughout the year. She relies on traditional channels of communication such as email and conference calls to disseminate information. Imminent Danger I work for a small company that competes in a niche market and resources are very limited. Continuing to make decisions based on partial information will have a negative impact on managing resources and profitability. Benefits of Change Asana project management will make it easier for all stakeholders to communicate and collaborate with each other. They will only have to input data into one software, which will free up their time to focus on activities that matter most to them and the customer. Both managers travel excessively and being able to access and input information with a mobile device is significantly more convenient.
2 Vision Statement: We strive to provide quality medical care in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. We take pride in providing a personal experience with our patients, while minimizing wait times. In recent brainstorming sessions regarding the quality of care, our vision statement, and processes, the biggest problem area was the total amount of time patients spent waiting. In the past year and a half many changes were made in the organization and one of the area that suffered were the increased wait times. We can all agree this creates unhappy patients, and at some point, patients will stop coming to the clinic. The less patients coming in the less employees needed. We can also all agree that building value for customer ensures return visits, and more customers coming in. It also creates a happier work environment for the employees, more profit for the owner, and more money available for raises. In order for us to return to our vision statement we have decided to come up with three teams to brainstorm on ideas on how each department could shorten the patients wait time from their department. Once each team has decided on how to decrease patients wait times while still providing the best medical care we can, the three teams will meet together to discuss the findings. As a group we will brainstorm on how these individual changes will flow together to improve the overall patient experience. I feel getting people involved in the change, giving employees the ability to have influence in the change is the best way to successfully create the change. I would start with the depart heads getting them on first using them to encourage the employees to take part in the team activity
