I really need help with this assignment.. I don't understand what my teacher wants me to do.. it's an online course so really hard to connect with him. I did try and attempt it but I just want to make sure I'm on the right track. Is there any chance you can break it down into jot notes so it's easy to see what one goes with what chart. Thank you.
Today and tomorrow you will be completing a "Compare/Contrast" exercise regarding the following 3 items - Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, The U.S. Bill of Rights, and The Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen. In addition you will be looking to cover 1 Charter challenge that has taken place in Canada since the Charter was introduced. finish the Compare/Contrast exercise in a table. You should be listing the items that are similar and the items that are different among the 3 documents. Your Charter case should contain a description of the circumstances that brought about the challenge including the plaintiff and the defendant. The perceived/actual injustice that was taking place. The outcome of the challenge. How society is now different because of the Charter challenge.
