Our daily life now includes social media. According to Pew Research Center (2019), 7 out of 10 Americans have at least one social media account. The Society of Human Resource (HR) Managers report that 84% of HR managers use social media when recruiting (2017).
Research HR managers' use of social media in recruiting. Choose a position, and discuss your answer:
a) FOR argument: Yes, HR managers should use social media with recruiting. Why? How should HR managers use social media in recruiting?
b) AGAINST argument: No, HR managers should not use social media with recruiting. Why?
