Case 2 Questions:

1. How do you expect UPS drivers to react to ORION when much of their autonomy in decision making is taken away? Should UPS care?

2. Under what circumstances should a company tell employees to use their own intuition and tacit knowledge over and above what a rational computer program is telling them is the most efficient way to do their job?

3. What else could UPS do to convince their drivers of the usefulness of ORION?
