You discovered that a large amount of technical language is used in studying anatomy and physiology. Part of an effective study strategy in this course (and future courses in your program) will be to develop your vocabulary. In this discussion, you are asked to take a deeper look at some terms that may be new to you. You are also required to think about how scientific words are formed - most scientific terms are composed of several parts, such as a prefix, root, and suffix.
