Problem: Sam ordered 1,000 specially designed bar coasters from Promotions Unlimited at a cost of $1,000. On December 1, Promotions Unlimited shipped the coasters, but the coasters identified the bar as "Chears." Sam rejected them in accordance with the UCC. Sam then bought the same number of similarly designed coasters from another supplier the same day for $850. Sam would not be entitled to recover any cover damages as a result of these circumstances.
