For your first post, please analyze which method you recommend that a For-Profit Health Corporation recruit for the following three positions, and why you chose that method. The company is located in Boston, MA, and the pay for each position is in the mid-level (average) range for that area and each job.

Oncologist, working in a 50:50 role of 50% surgery time, and 50% in office care in a clinic. On-call hours are expected (approx. 65-75 hours/week is typical). 4 weeks vacation will be provided in year 1.

Cafeteria Manager, for the night shift (8 p.m. - 4 a.m.), Monday - Friday. Vacation will be earned after the first six months of work, at a rate of .8 days/month worked.
