The next step in developing a promotion campaign is to develop a promotion plan. Each agency team will develop a promotion plan for its brand.
Part 2: Review Promotion Organization within your Brand
Research your brand to determine how promotion is developed and executed within the business. Present this information on an organizational chart within your promotion plan. (Though this information is presented in a chart, you must also describe/discuss it in the body of your paper.)
find out how your organization develops/executes promotion and discuss how they do this. Do they have their own advertising/promotion company (internally) or do they use an external source, etc.
Report requirements:
• Include your agency name (team name) and names of individual team members
• Double spaced, Times New Roman or Arial, 12 point font, 1" margins
• Include title page, table of contents, headings and page numbers
• In-text citations and reference list (APA format)
• The promotion plan should include the following elements:
o Discussion of mission statement
o Organizational chart (how promotion is developed/executed within the business)
o Executive summary
o Situation analysis
o SWOT analysis
o Objectives and issues
o Marketing strategy
o Action programs
o Budget
o Controls
