Problem: What are 3-4 different case studies illustrating how other organizations have successfully used social media as part of their crisis response plans? That are based on real events: not hypothetical or made up scenarios. The case studies should focus on specific events in which social media were used effectively by those companies during times of crisis. Discuss each company's situation prior to using social media (i.e., what was their situation before they began using social media) and then discuss their situation after using social media (i.e., what happened after they began using social media).
