The pace of technology, in particular, is accelerating, which requires businesses to oversee transitions to new processes and procedures on a regular basis. The Covid-19 pandemic was unprecedented and it demanded businesses large and small to make significant organizational changes just to remain open. When the need for such change emerges, businesses are required to implement it. A key to implementing and sustaining change is through successful dialogue with organizational members.
