Discussion Post: Last Frontier
How much of your perception of the western frontier been shaped by modern entertainment (T.V., movies, popular literature, etc.)? Do you feel that the popularity of the "Old West" in entertainment has been helpful in encouraging interest in the past, or harmful in perpetuating inaccurate history?
