Appropriate meal planning can help to ensure a well-balanced, nutrient rich meal. In college, options may be limited and there may not always be time to plan.
Using approximately 600 words, plan a day's worth of meals for a college student including the appropriate amount of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. How much macronutrients should be in a balanced meal? How does this compare to your current daily intake as a college student?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
