Reflection...How much have we really learned?

Now that this course has come to an end, I want to thank you for journeying with me. For this final discussion post, I want you to reflect and answer the following two questions:
1) What is the material or concept you would consider to be the "gold nugget" that will hopefully continue to aid you in your academic and professional pursuits? The material you have found to be the most enlightening, educational, or interesting to you that you have been exposed to through this eight weeks of material?
2) Regarding the course set up for me as an instructor, what are some things you liked, or things that you feel I could do better to make this online class more engaging or more user/student centered and friendly?
