Problem
Pick two ethicists we read for class (do not use the same thinkers you discussed in your second paper). Describe each philosophy, including what they think is ethical and why, and their arguments against other viewpoints.
Compare the philosophers to each other. Questions you can consider include: What idea(s) is most important to their ethics? Who embraces values like freedom, equality, care, and/or justice most? How much do the interests of society matter vs. the interests of the individual?
Conclude with a brief statement about which thinker you believe has the stronger argument (this is not necessarily the same as the thinker who's philosophy you prefer).
