As a group, discuss different ways to structure and organize IT teams or departments.
Consider the following:
• How might the structure of a team or department vary depending on the purpose of the organization?
• What efficiencies or benefits might be gained from restructuring the IT department within the same organization?
• Why might it not be worth changing?
Create an organizational chart using Microsoft® Visio® for your group's ideal IT department within an enterprise.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
