Problem:
Maurer, Inc., has developed a hermetic system for smoking meat that uses fifty percent less energy than industrial-sized smokers currently on the market even though it will smoke the same amount of meat uniformly. It also has an added advantage in that it is easy to clean because the hermetic system reduces tar and ash residue. Discuss how Maurer would conduct a business-goods marketing test.
