On average it takes one minute and fifteen seconds to serve each customer. How long, in minutes, should a customer expect to wait until they get their food and can eat it?

II. Hungry customers show up at a food truck at a rate of 90 per hour. The food truck currently has 2 people working to take orders and make the food. On average it takes one minute and twelve seconds to serve each customer. If the food truck wants customers to wait in line for less than 5 minutes, how many servers would be required?

III. Otto Wheeler is a mechanic at Particular Mechanics Ltd. Otto is responsible for the maintenance of 20 trucks in a fleet. These trucks require maintenance and/or break down once every 12 days. It usually takes Otto 5 hours to fix everything on any given truck. If a truck breaks down right now, how long will that truck have to wait before Otto can start working on it?

IV. Shelby Axelle is a mechanic at Chromium Mechanics Inc. Shelby is responsible for the maintenance of 20 trucks in a fleet. These trucks require maintenance and/or break down once every 12 days. It usually takes Shelby 5 hours to fix everything on any given truck. What is the probability that less than 16 trucks are operating (i.e. not in the system)?
