How many paths are there from the beginning of the network

This assignment gives you practice with the skills you have learned in Chapter 13: Project Management. Using the notes from me and from your teacher, complete the following assignment:

Group 2

Activity  Predecessor  Time

A   - 7

B  - 10

C  A 8

D  B 10

E  C, D 9

F  B 10

G  F 10

Using the information from your group, answer the following questions:

How many paths are there from the beginning of the network model to the end?

List the parts of each path. For example, if one path from the beginning to the end is A→B→C, say “ABC.”

How long is each path? For example, if path ABC is 6, 7, and 9, say “22” because this is the sum of these paths (6+7+9=22).

Which is the critical path? Remember, the critical path is the longest path. If two paths are equally long (say, you have two paths that are both 30 in length), name both paths.
