Every staff member works 8 consecutive hours and may be needed to begin at any hour. (They will not get lunch. They eat on job). Those whose starting time falls between midnight and 6am (inclusive) receive the 10% shift bonus. Find how many employees should start at which times of day to meet the requirements with minimum cost. Ensure that number of employees starting at every hour is integer valued.
