On Bob's advice Peter has sent out another email. The second email provides more detail, information and guidance for the team, all based on Bob's advice. The email includes:

- The ways consultation will occur, for example, through regular meetings, tool-box talks or health and safety representatives
- How information will be shared with workers and health and safety representatives
- What opportunities will be provided for workers and health and safety representatives to give their views on proposed matters
- How feedback will be given to workers and health and safety representatives
- How consultation will occur and asking the team if any workers who have special language and literacy and if so to contact him personally
- Timeframes for reviewing the procedures.
Peter receives a positive response from the team. The team has also asked to elect a health and safety representative. He asked Bob for further instructions.
