Overview:
In this assignment, you will differentiate Scrum Team roles in terms of how management interacts with a self-sustaining team versus a structured team in a traditional waterfall project. This will help you envision the most appropriate application for each type of project management role. You will also be introduced to product planning and sprinting from roles perspective.
