He needs some po medication and a sterile dressing now. Robert also has severe constipation with decreased bowel sounds and some abdominal pain. He had not a bm in a week and needs oral Milk of Magnesia and an enema for relief of constipation. Can you help Robert? What sort of actions will you implement?
