Labor Management
Many managers are always going to be looking a lot into how does their labor management factor into their businesses expensive. Many will look at if they have to much dead money in their labor staffing and would want to reduce staffing to bring down the overall cost of staffing. As a manager we want to ensure that we are taking care of our staff members this can be done by increasing hours or promoting within the company. Do you think it is cost effective to have more staff members that can multi task?
