Problem
We have looked at several different definitions of 'video game' in the readings by Newman, Bolter/Grusin and Galloway. For this assignment, please focus on just one of these authors' texts/arguments and provide a brief analysis of one game as it pertains to the key ideas or concepts developed in that reading. The aim of this assignment is for you to demonstrate a critical understanding of one of the required texts by applying that author's ideas to an example of a game of your choice. How is your game relevant to the way that the author(s) of your reading understands the defining features of a videogame? Or, how might the features/attributes of your chosen game prompt us to reconsider one or more aspects of their argument?
