From Gilgamesh down to early Christianity, our course texts offer many ideas concerning a good life for individual persons, what it consists of, and how to achieve it. Drawing on at least three texts from at least two traditions, describe how these questions are handled, drawing particular attention to continuity and/or difference between the ideas you choose to discuss.
