Problem 1: Describe how IoT can be used to monitor patients at home.
Problem 2: Describe how Big Data technologies can be used to collect, process, and visualise health data.
Problem 3: Rationalise (reason and justify) use of AI in health monitoring (with discussion of its pros and cons).
Problem 4: Research and report the potential drawback of such technology applications (e.g., who will be responsible if the AI makes a mistake, causing harm to the patients at home).
Problem 5: Apply your technical knowledge to recommend security resolutions on how big health data may be stored and safeguarded.
Problem 6: Demonstrate your skills in computing security by encrypting a section of your computer and apply authentication over a selected file.
Problem 7: Research and report on the ethical use of AI and its trustworthiness in human-supporting systems that may deal with sensitive data and life-threatening circumstances.
Problem 8: Finally, your team must give a presentation in the class for 15 minutes based on your research. Your presentation file must be submitted 1 day before your class presentation time.
Problem 9: Working individually, you must also make a separate document and write a reflection on this assessment, discussing your group dynamics; forming, storming, norming, performing, and disbanding, and lessons learned. You must also discuss your team performance and individual contribution to the assessment. As this step is individual you do not need to discuss its contents with your team members.
