Problem: You are the director of a moderately sized (100 child capacity) early childhood center in a suburban area. You work closely with your lead teachers, in-service therapists, and parents to develop and review criteria for your students to receive in-service therapy while enrolled at the center. While the lead teacher and early intervention coordinator collaborate to perform and write the observations, you are asked to review them and give your input before a service plan is presented to the child's family. These service plans are reviewed annually, and the child's progress is reviewed at least once per year.
