Review an article about the importance of querying for coding. For weeks journal entry, assume that you are a coding supervisor. You are part of a team that is drafting a training and orientation guide for new employees, and you are tasked with drafting the instructions for appropriate querying. Without copying from the article, write a one page instruction document that:
(1) Explains how incorrect querying can cause significant problems for the company;
(2) Provides a brief set of guidelines for coders to use when querying for clarification. Feel free to use graphs or flowcharts for this step.
