3. Describe Calveta's organizational culture by defining each of the 3 levels of organizational culture according to Schein, and illustrating each of the 3 levels with Calveta's organizational culture. (limit of 400-500 words)
4. Using Ch 7 of your textbook and the St. Martin de Porres case as references, describe 3 characteristics of a positive organizational culture that are relevant to Calveta's organizational culture. Be sure to describe the characteristic then illustrate it with Calveta's organizational culture. (limit of 400-500 words)
