For this Discussion Post, you will use the Toolkit Activity: Comparing Organizational Cultures of IDEO and Amazon from the Scandura (2022) text.
Using the templates in the text, research IDEO and Amazon to compare and contrast their organizational cultures (You do not need to submit your notes from the template.) You will want to certainly visit their websites, but there may be other credible information you can find from business journals or newspapers.
Once vou have completed your research and reviewed your notes, address the following questions:
